He has specialisation in the field of Intellectual property laws, being a registered Trademark Attorney, he has extensive practical and theoretical knowledge in Trademark, Copyright and Patent filing(s) for various corporate Clients in India. He has over the years successfully filed, defended, opposed numerous Trademarks before Registrar Courts and Delhi High Court. He also has experience in Civil laws, property Documentation, Property Due diligence in India.
