Ms. Puja Dewan Seth joined the bar in 2010. She is an Advocate-on-Record with the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and has obtained a post-graduate degree in Masters of Business Laws (M.B.L.) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. She has represented various claimants before Supreme Court of India and Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and all District Courts of Delhi. Ms. Dewan has significant work experience in litigations relating to Banking Laws, Negotiable Instruments, General Corporate Commercial Laws, Family Laws, Injunctions, and Accident Claims. She is primarily engaged in numerous civil litigations at the DRAT as well as DRT, NCDRC, State and District Consumer Forums, Delhi High Court and District Courts at Delhi including MACT. She has immense experience in procedures related to civil litigation including drafting of pleadings, applications, examination-in-chief, cross examination of witnesses and has successfully argued several matters at their final stage.
